Live Party Portraits

WHEN AND WHERE

Live Party Portraits take place at your event, providing your guests entertainment and a custom painting to take home with them! Live Party Portraits include 3 hours of event time, and party guests will be painted on a first come first serve basis. The longer Laura is at your event, the more guests that will be able to go home with custom art! Laura will arrive at the event an hour early to set up. Additional event time available upon inquiry.

Sketches will be created on 8x10" paper with a Laura W Taylor logo. Custom event paper design is available upon inquiry.

ENTERTAINMENT
Live painting not only produces a keepsake for the guests to display in their home but is also entertainment for the wedding guests. I am open, and I encourage guests to come and interact during the painting process.

TRAVEL
Any venue outside of the Baton Rouge area will require travel fees. Mileage will be calculated and added to your total cost. Any venue greater than 3 hours from Baton Rouge will be added mileage and hotel fees. Airfare will be added if needed.

COST
All costs include  materials needed to make the paintings, the artist’s time and presence at the venue. Not included in the cost: potential travel fees.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the event date and painting must be paid for in full one week prior to the event.
